(LUVERNE, MN) December 9, 2024 – Midwest Fire announced today that the company’s Project Manager, Joe Hlushak, made Prairie Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 List. The award recognizes 40 of the top business professionals under the age of 40 in the Dakotas and Western Minnesota. The list is made up of various entrepreneurs, industry experts, executives and community leaders. The selected winners are honored in the publication’s December issue.

Hlushak has been employed at Midwest Fire since 2017. He initially worked as an Account Representative in sales before moving to his current position. Hlushak earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Sioux Falls. He also served on his county’s volunteer rescue squad for several years and is an active volunteer at his church.
