We build Brush Trucks, Pumpers, Tankers, Tanker-Pumpers, and Quick-Attack trucks according to your department’s needs and requirements.
Midwest Fire customers located within our immediate service area may reach out for repairs and service at this link – midwestfire.com/service. For trucks located outside of our immediate service area, Midwest Fire will contract and work with a local trusted service center of your choice to perform necessary repairs.
The majority of our customers choose to pick up their apparatus at our facility in order to inspect the apparatus and receive training. On occasion, a department prefers to have their apparatus delivered. We’d be happy to direct you to businesses that are able to assist with delivery if needed.
Depending on your location, a member of our dedicated sales team can come to your department, demo one of our trucks, and provide guidance and direction on choosing the apparatus that is best for your unique needs. Contact us for more information.
Generally, it takes between 90-120 working days to build your custom fire apparatus. In the event that Midwest Fire has the chassis available in stock, the build time would be significantly less.

Midwest Fire provides each customer with a department dedicated link and password to view pictures of their truck once it is in production. There are weekly updates finalized by every Friday at 5:00PM CST. Our VP Project Manager, Kraig Scholten, is also available for prompt communication throughout the process.
Our facility doors are always open to local or traveling visitors who would like to view our current trucks in production and our existing inventory of apparatuses ready for immediate delivery. For customers who are not local, we can provide you with names of departments in your area who currently operate with Midwest Fire apparatus or you can view recent deliveries by location here. We also participate in several industry trade shows throughout the year and sometimes bring a rig with us—check out our trade show schedule!

Our All-Poly® tanks and bodies are made from high quality, 3/4 inch and 1/2 inch copolymer polypropylene and are more impact resistant than steel or aluminum. Our All-Poly® tanks and bodies comes with a lifetime warranty. Midwest Fire also builds Galvanneal, Stainless Steel and Aluminum bodies that come with a 10 year body warranty.
Midwest Fire does not sell used fire apparatus, however we significantly reduce the cost of new apparatus for your department since we manufacture on site and deal directly with our customers. We believe selling direct allows us to offer more options, additions, and important details on our apparatus as a result of not having additional dealer and distributor commissions or costs to pass onto our customers. We can provide many of our customers with brand new apparatus for prices comparable to many used trucks on the market.
