Passionate and knowledgeable about all types of fire apparatus, Polly will exceed your customer’s expectations with her politeness and online etiquette. To relax, she enjoys watercolor painting and synchronized swimming.
Energized and motivated, Riptide will win your customer’s respect and confidence. The consummate team player, Riptide takes great pride in understanding what customers are looking for and connecting them with a dedicated Midwest Fire representative. Outside of work, he enjoys hanging out by one of the many lakes in our state.
Dripping with charisma, Tsunami naturally resonates with customers. Knowing that customers often don’t have the luxury of time, he realizes that speed and accuracy can be the difference in a good customer experience or a great one. With a flair for the dramatic, he enjoys catching people’s attention by creating rainbows.
