What is the best way to contact Midwest Fire?
We work directly with our customers to keep costs down and communication consistent during the entire sales and manufacturing process. Consistency and control over the customer experience are the main advantages we realize at Midwest Fire by selling directly to the customer. We believe selling direct allows us to offer more options, additions, and important details on our apparatus as a result of not having additional dealer and distributor commissions or costs to pass onto our customers.

How can I receive service on my truck?
Midwest Fire will work with your trusted local service center to perform the necessary repairs for trucks located outside of our immediate service area. Midwest Fire can locate and contract with an appropriate service center to undertake the work required.

What is the delivery process?
A majority of our customers choose to pick up their apparatus at our facility in order to inspect the apparatus and receive training. On occasion, a department prefers to have their apparatus delivered. We’d be happy to direct you to businesses that are able to assist with delivery if needed.

Do you have sales team members that can come to our Fire Hall?
Depending on your location, we are able to come to your department, demo a truck, and provide assistance on choosing the apparatus that is right for you.

How long will it take for my apparatus to be completed after purchase?
Generally, it takes between 90-120 working days to build your custom fire apparatus. In the event that Midwest Fire has the chassis available in stock, the build time would be significantly less.

Is financing available?
We work with several different finance companies with expertise in this field to provide financing for our customers. Please ask a member of our sales team for assistance.

Do you do business in Canada?
Midwest Fire has been manufacturing high-quality tankers, tanker-pumpers, brush trucks, and fire rescue vehicles since 1987. We have satisfied customers all across the United States and Canada and would consider it a privilege to assist you in finding the best apparatus that suits your needs.

How can I get updates on the progress of my truck?
Midwest Fire provides each customer with a department dedicated link and password to view pictures of their truck once it is in production. There are weekly updates finalized by every Friday at 5:00PM CST.

Where can I view Midwest Fire trucks in person?
We always welcome visitors to our facility to view our current trucks in production and our existing inventory of trucks ready for immediate delivery. If you contact us directly we can provide you with departments in your area that currently have a Midwest Fire truck in use at their department.

Do you have a list of shows you will be attending?
We have a current list of the tradeshows we will be attending on our website. Please go to the Resources tab to view our current list.

Why does Midwest Fire prefer All-Poly® over other materials?
Our All-Poly® tanks and bodies are made from high quality, 3/4 inch and 1/2 inch copolymer polypropylene and are more impact resistant than steel or aluminum. Our All-Poly® tanks and bodies comes with a lifetime warranty. Midwest Fire also builds Galvanneal, Stainless Steel and Aluminum bodies that come with a 10 year body warranty.

Do you sell used fire apparatus?
Midwest Fire does not sell used fire apparatus but we have a team of sales professionals to assist you in finding a truck that fits your budget.
